These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your purchase of our premium TradingView indicators, scripts, and related software services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Services.

1. Overview of Services & TradingView Integration

  • Paid Indicators: YORSH TRADE provides premium, proprietary trading indicators and tools designed exclusively for the TradingView platform. All sales are on a paid basis.
  • Invite-Only Access: Upon successful subscription or purchase, you must provide your valid TradingView username. Access to our indicators will be granted automatically via Whop’s instant activation portal.
  • TradingView Account Required: You must maintain an active TradingView account (free or paid) to use our indicators. YORSH TRADE is independent of TradingView and is not responsible for any modifications, downtimes, or policy changes implemented by TradingView.

2. Financial and Risk Disclaimer (Important)

  • No Financial Advice: The indicators, scripts, and content provided by YORSH TRADE are strictly for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • Assumption of Risk: Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to forex, crypto, stocks, options, and futures) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that past performance of any indicator is not a guarantee or a reliable blueprint for future results.
  • No Guarantees of Profit: YORSH TRADE makes no warranties, explicit or implied, regarding the win rate, accuracy, statistical reliability, or profitability of our tools. Systematically predicting future market outcomes is impossible. You trade entirely at your own risk.
  • Limitation of Liability: YORSH TRADE, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect financial losses, damages, or lost profits incurred due to the use, reliance on, or inability to use our indicators.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refund Policy

  • Subscription Plans: Some Services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Your billing cycle depends on the plan you select.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by you prior to the renewal date via your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant delivery of proprietary source-code logic via TradingView’s invite-only platform, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for partial subscription periods once access has been granted.

4. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use

  • Proprietary Rights: All rights, titles, and interests in the source code, logic, visual layout, and methodology of YORSH TRADE indicators belong exclusively to YORSH TRADE.
  • License to Use: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, display-only license to use the indicator within your TradingView account.
  • Prohibited Actions: You strictly agree NOT to:
    • Decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of our protected or invite-only scripts.
    • Share, redistribute, resell, or lease access to your TradingView account or our indicators to any third party.
    • Use our indicators for automated algorithmic trading, smart order routing, or machine-driven processes unless explicitly permitted by a dedicated commercial enterprise tier provided by us.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our indicators and website, without notice or refund, if we detect fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing of accounts, violation of intellectual property rights, or behavior that violates TradingView’s official House Rules.

6. Amendments

YORSH TRADE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website and services signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
